the Digital Inclusion Hub for Rural Clydesdale

We are passionate about Digital Inclusion. Many services have moved online, often it is the only way to do something or get the best deal. We want you to be able to do this without having to turn to your family for help. We have provided training and resources for over 20 years.

The National Data bank

We are delighted to be part of Good Things Foundation and the National Data Bank

This allows us to offer Sim Cards for free to people who are expereiencing data poverty.
What is data poverty

  • having no access to the internet
  • running out of data
  • finding internet costs prohibitive

To apply for a sim card you should be

  • over 18
  • on a low income
  • struggling to pay for data

You can self refer or be refered by an organisation. When we recieve your form we will call you to check some details and eligablity and then, if we both agree to go ahead we will meet with you in person, give you your sim card and complete some paperwork.  This will normally take place at our office in Forth or at one of our outreach centres in Lanark, Carstairs Junction or Tarbrax.
